首先我觉得在中国举办奥运会之前即谓之成功举办，有点不合适，特别是在一贯严谨，求实，批判的外语环境中不太恰当。
但如果一定要加上的话China will host the 2008 Olympics successfully.是可以的。但如果语言环境允许，未必要用动词为中心词的句子，可以改用名词代替原来的动词的意思，也会更简练。
